i think i found my words.

yay! i just got a email from my assistant dean at AU and she sent me the date's for the semester. so as of tuesday january 11 i will be leaving for washington d.c.! wee! i'm really excited for it now. my classes start on tuesday the 17. and i get a spring break! yes! so i will either be flying home then, or coming home at easter. and then i will be home in the middle of may. just in time to repack for texas road trip 2006!

cass and i were talking about it today, and we're both ready to just get away and explore. we had a lot of fun today, well at least i hope i made her birthday fun. first my day started off with work, which wasn't too bad. i worked at the kids club and we took the kids to the detroit shock game. it was really cool, we ended up having courtside seats and they won. then i got home from work, chilled a bit and then cassie came over and my mom made her a birthday dinner and yummy brownies for dessert. haha, when daniel came in for dinner i was like, "hey daniel guess whats today!" and he was like "what, who cares." then i said, "its cassies birthday!" so he started dying of laughter with an "oh sorry, happy birthday." which made all of us laugh. that kid is too cute. so then after being too full we decided that we would take our yearly trip to keningston. which was fun, other then the rain storm which we walked through haha, and we ended up seeing a lot of wildlife. but then it made us even more excited for our trip, which is good, lol. after that we were going to go to 7-11 for a slurrpe run, but went to caribou instead. haha, doesnt that defet the purpose of our walk?! oh well! lol.

i'm getting excited for this weekend. especaily friday! woohoo, it's gonna be a ton of fun. and i'm looking foward to going to the lake saturday, and my cousin is coming, which we be fun since i don't think shes been up there at all. and plus the older we get, i don't get to spend a lot of time with her, which is different since my mom watched her when she was growing up. but even tho she's 12 and can be annoying, it will still be nice to spend sometime with her. and then next thursday i leave for vacation! woohoo. it's gonna be great. :) the only thing is now that the people i work for were suppose to have the same week off, but now he can't get it off since the project he's on is a school and has to be done before school starts, so now they are going on vacation the last week of august. i kinda feel like i should stay home and watch them the week i'm on vacation beause a. i can use the money since now they are going the last week of the month and b. i just feel bad. but my mom told me she talked to nancy and nancy didn't care and said she would make arrangments and that i need to just go have fun. so i'll try not to feel bad, since this is the one vacation we take as a family a year, and i look forward to and everyone is at the cottages also. and then my mom suggested that i spend the week they are going on vacation at the cottage since it runs into labor day and it will be my only real vaction between then and texas. so maybe i will! okay, i think i wrote enough for tonight! ttyl!
